Our growing practices incorporate the highest standards of soil preparation and cultivation procedures. We conduct integrated pest management practices throughout our farming operation, and are both Freshcare Accredited and Certified Organic 'In-Conversion'.
We employ extensive research, to continue to bring new product lines, adapted approaches to cultivating, and to ensure we sustain competitive advantage.
The products grown on our farm flourish in the Riverina climate and have proven consistency in market success.
AUSTRALIAN GROWN QUALITY
The products grown on our farm are those who love the Riverina climate, with average temperatures in the Winter of 13 degrees Celsius and 38 degrees Celsius in Summer.
The range of fresh produce is grown with stringent quality control, with all inputs consistently monitored and adherance to food safety policies and procedures.
Our methods are regulated by HARPS, McDonalds Global GAP and the National Standard of Biodynamic and Organic Produce.
As our farm has evolved, so has our growing methods and range of products allowing us to be equipped to implement organic practices and offer efficient trialing of products as demanded by our markets.
We now have split our farm, products and brand into Organic & Conventional Production.
ORGANIC PRODUCE
A section of our farm is certified under National Standard for Biodynamic and Organic Produce and thus is devoted to organic cultivation.
The demand for cleaner, more nutritionally beneficial, and affects of harsh chemicals has led us to certify an unused portion of our land to Organically certified.
Here we grow primarily Garlic and pumpkin, and are continually trialling other lines.
